Miracles do happen. What can I say after what happened to me today......
If you recall, I was having difficulties with my client who did not want to sign an offer, even after I got him the sale price he originally wanted. When he and I were discussing the sale price, I explained to him what the listing price
would be and what he should expect and accept. He agreed..... The very first week of the listing, I got two offers on the same day. The second offer was exactly the price he originally agreed to. The irrevocable date was set for 3 days later, because he lives overseas. On the irrevocable date, he told me that the only price he'll agree to is the listing price and not the sale price. I was upset and disappointed.

I was doing 3 scene techniques, I was meditating, I called you a number of times for help...... Nothing..... Last Friday when I spoke with you, and after reading your supporting e-mail, I decided to leave this to the Higher Intelligence. Although I started to lose all hope and faith, deep down I kept on hoping that some kind of miracle would happen. I stopped meditating and doing my 3 scene techniques......

This morning I called my client thinking that it would be the last time I would call him. I just wanted to let him know that I would be taking his property off the market...... But before I even had a chance to say anything to him......Guess what???? He told me to increase the selling price by $3000, and also increase the commission to the co-operating broker....... So I followed his orders..... The buyer agreed, and the deal went through.... Also, due to the increase in the sale price I end up making a little bit more in commission ( I guess to cover my long distance calls). Higher Intelligence has its own plans that are so beyond our understanding!!!!!!

A few days ago I got a phone call from a grad. Let’s call him Mark, to protect his privacy. Mark is a truck driver.

Recently he had a little problem at the border. "I screwed up the paper work", Mark told me. I believe that the essence of the problem was that what he had on his truck and what his papers said he should have, were two different things. These border guys are not known for their sense of humor in this regard. So no one was laughing.

As a matter of fact they were getting ready to throw the book at Mark.

His options were: losing his border crossing card and probably his job along with it and/or a BIG fine and/or jail time. Mark was sweating buckets while his fate was being discussed behind closed door. Just in the nick of time he remembered to use 'Three Scene Technique' to program for a positive solution of this conundrum. He went into Alpha. It took only one or two minutes for an officer to appear in front of him. The officer said pretty remarkable words: "We are letting you go. I don’t know why we are doing it. So just get out of here." Mark felt 200 pounds lighter walking out of the place.(and he only weighs 180 pounds:)
